Yes it is. To ask for change requests, you can submit a ticket requesting the changes you need in the invoice.

No, we cannot make a refund to another credit card or PayPal account. In this case, we can only offer you a refund with store credits for your future purchases.

Although we don’t think you’ll ever want a refund, we gladly refund your purchase if it’s requested within 14 days. You can submit your request at the support ticket center.

Please note, that refunds terminate your license and deactivate the associated package, which means you’ll no longer be able to access the premium services.
